He has developed, constructed and renovated several hundred million dollars of commercial/institutional and residential property.

Focused on LEED-inspired investment and redevelopment of vacation rental and buy/hold projects with a Smart|Green|Healthy philosophy. Also conduct and coordinate partnership opportunities for larger value-add B and C repositioning apartment complexes and commercial acquisitions, as well as ground-up luxury development in Florida.

We have a very well-established network in the South Florida and Florida Keys markets, including long-term relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, lenders, inspectors, design agencies, property management firms and brokers that assist in respective phases of project development and actively present deals for consideration.
